Interests
Research within spintronics, micro-magnetism and spin transport related phenomenon such as:
- spin-transfer torque (STT) effects in in ferromagnetic/non-ferromagnetic (F/N) interfaces, point contacts (PC) to F films, spin valve devices etc
- µmagnetic numerical simulations & analysis with powerfull multiplatform OOMMF package
- spin dynamics in toggle MRAM & spin-flop tunnel junctions (to be published soon...)
